Legacy Living collects personal contact information from only those individuals who freely choose to provide it in order to receive more information about the ministry. Legacy Living collects information including but not limited to: name, address, email, and church/ministry affiliation in order to contact individuals who have expressed a desire to be contacted regarding Legacy Living and/or the Finishing With No Regrets Conference. Legacy Living uses "Ministrysync" as our registration tool for the conference. "Ministrysync" may collect additional information, such as credit card information, required to register for the conference and has a similar but independent privacy policy which can be found on the conference registration form. Finally, www.finishingwithnoregrets.com uses a cookie to collect anonymous traffic data this allows us to collect information about the site's usage but does not collect any personal information.

Legacy Living will not share information associated with you with any third parties unless Legacy Living (i) has Your consent; (ii) concludes that it is required by law or has a good faith belief that access, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Legacy Living, its users or the public; or (iii) provides such information in certain limited circumstances to third parties to carry out tasks on Legacy Living's behalf (e.g., billing or data storage) with strict restrictions that prevent the data from being used or shared except as directed by Legacy Living .
